L’actuació de rehabilitació de tres habitatges rurals pretén consolidar tots els seus elements construïts, conservant els volums edificats i realitzant els tancaments i finestres que els hi manquen o es troben en mal estat. Es realitzaran nous forjats en substitució dels actuals o com a compartimentació del volum actual quan sigui necessari. Els nous volums, que han d’unir les edificacions preexistents, es reculen mínimament respecte les alineacions actuals per evitar conflictes de pell entre allò existent i lo nou.
El criteri és mantenir volums i altures actuals, murs de pedra existents, així com la posició de les finestres en la mesura que la distribució interior ho permeti. Exteriorment no s’aporta cap mur més, i les fusteries serien d’alumini (imitació acer corten, forja o similar). La intenció és respectar al màxim allò existent, amb les seves característiques intrínseques i utilitzar materials i solucions més actuals per a la resta, deixant en evidència què és preexistent i què és nou.
Description
The renovation of the 3 housing units aims to consolidate the existing units, conserving volume buildings and making the walls and windows that are missing or are in poor condition. There will be new floors, replacing the current or a compartmentalization of the current volume when needed. The new volumes, which should join the existing buildings, are slightly backwards on the current alignment to avoid conflicts existing between the skin and it again.
The criterion is to preserve current volumes and heights, existing stone walls and position of windows as far as the interior layout allows. Externally they are not sent over any wall, and the timber would be aluminum (imitation Corten steel, wrought iron or similar). The intention is to respect the existing, with their intrinsic characteristics and use more modern materials and solutions for the rest, leaving evidence of what is existing and what is new.
