La missió del Pla de Millora Urbana és consolidar el teixit urbà, efectuant una operació de reforma interior i de transformació d’usos, dels terrenys actuals de Siall, actualment molts sense ús i amb estructures clarament en estat d’abandó, així com els terrenys municipals i comunals en les mateixes circumstàncies per tal de permetre una perfecta consolidació com a nucli urbà.
Aquesta operació de remodelació urbana ha de comportar la consolidació de l’àmbit que es delimita, respectant l’estructura, les edificacions i els usos existents en el seu entorn; efectuar unes reserves importants de sòl per a zones verdes, espais lliures i equipaments de titularitat pública; i permetre un aprofitament privat que faci viable l’operació urbanística que es proposa.
Description
